Does anyone have dyno numbers, horsepower and torque, on the 3 v6 throttle bodies: flometrics, fastman, and v8. Also to those who have the gibson catback, did you go with the 3inch system? How is the quality? How is the sound on our V6s? I dont want a sound that buzzes or sounds like a 4 cylinder import. Any info is appreciated! Thanks!

v6 catback sounds ok sometimes, but u can tell its a V6 making the noise. it wont fool anyone, but i wouldn't do it again if given the choice...at least not gibson. adds decent power, not as good as an intake though. tip got dirty. go with dual split, looks better.

in my opinion the gibson cat backs are great, flowmaster is just as good, i dont know if they make a 3 inch for our sixer, but i think the part numbers are the same for the 3.9, 5.2 and 5.9 so im not sure. mine came in 2.5, and the stainless steel tips are fairly easy to clean.

i have flowmasters and they sound good......i have heard gibson on s-10s and i like them b/c they come with 3" pipe. and i have a friends that told me he will hook me up with true duals 4" pipe with 4" tips for around $350 depening on the muffler....i am thinking of going with dynomax...b/c he said it will sound better than the flows....i dont know yet what i will get, but i will get some 4" pipe =)
oh & LI Blackdak i have had alot of ppl think my truck is a V8 so dont tell me that a V6 cant sound like a V8 =)
