Message: My '98 Dakota's serpentine belt tensioner started to seize up on me after 45k. The Mechs told me it would cost over $200 to replace. Can your average do-it-yourselfer replace a tensioner? If so, any special instruction/tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
