 Subject: '02 5 speed will not crank

I started having a temperamental problem with
my 2002 3.9L 5 speed where depending on the
temperature sometimes the starter wouldn't turn
over. Tired of being stranded I replaced the
starter with no resolution. Then the 3 years
old battery, even though it tested satisfactory
with 25% life remaining. The dax has 227k miles
so I changed the Ignition switch and have
tested my clutch switch and still no
resolution. The dash board, lights, radio and
all electronics seem to be working fine. It
pushes off just fine and the engine runs great.
However there's not always a handy hill to park
on. Any suggestions would be helpful.
