Subject: Misfire along with P1391 code

2001 quad cab 2WD 3.9L with 132,000 miles. Random
misfires cyl 1, 2 and 5. Runs rough when cold, runs better
once warmed up but again rough when cold. Just got this truck
and don't have money to sink into it. Have heard it could be as
simple as 02 sensors to a blown head gasket!. Any help would
be greatly appreciated.

My code reader links this code to the camshaft position and suggests:
-check the camshaft position sensor (the sensor is in the distributor assembly)
-timing chain loose or possibly slipped
I replaced the camshaft sensor, the distributor cap, the rotor and the wires and the code stayed off and the truck runs much better but I don't know which one of those items actually triggered the code to begin with. Probably the camshaft position sensor but I didn't bother to test the old one that I replaced.

I have been fighting this problem for months.
Because of other issues, I replaced the ECU first.
Things ran fine for a while until I started having
stalling issues. Since then, I have replaced the
distributor cap, rotor, cam position sensor,
swapped the distributor with one from salvage yard
and of course the crankshaft sensor 3 times. I
did not use a Mopar sensor, but I did upgrade the
Advance Auto Parts sensor quality with each swap.
The truck runs fine util it gets to temp. Once it
hits 160-190, it struggles to move.
Once it cools down, it runs ok until it hits temp
again.
Recently, I have started getting the bank 1/1 and
1/2 O2 sensors too, but this is just recently.
Is there anything I am missing?
