I have been working on my 1999 3.9L V6 Dakota trying to get rid of a misfire code P0304. It seemed to have had a sudden onset: driving smoothly the day before, then barely running the next morning. I had to drive it to work that day (8 miles each way) and when I started it up that afternoon for the trip home it ran much smoother but still noticeably missing. I got a hold of a code reader because the CEL popped on and it gave me the P0304 code. I have checked for spark and fuel, ran injector cleaner through it, and swapped the #4 and #6 injectors but it still pops up P0304. Now, last weekend I replaced the plugs, wires, cap and rotor and did a compression test and all cylinders are at 125 psi except #4 is at 105 psi. Interestingly, the new ignition parts seemed to have helped because it is now running much smoother and the light did not come back on until this morning.

My question is will it hurt the engine or cat to run it like this until I can afford to do more serious work to it?
