 Subject: V/6 water pump issues

Replaced my water pump today on my 3.9 with air
today with a few problems. Removing the fan
clutch assembly became bothersome. Went down
to the parts store and bought a 36 mm open and
box wrench which was of good length. With drive
belt in place installed the open end of the wrench
on the nut secured to the water pump and hit it
twice with good Snap On hammer and came loose, end
of problem. Spent more time getting the old gasket
off the front cover assembly. Andy
