M Dakoda has 135000 miles and it just started grinding gears on an up shift, down shifts are good no grinding. seem to be ok when first starting out but as warms up it starts grinding. started all at once and in all gears. not one other problem with the truck. Didn't believe syncros would go in all gears at once and still be good on down shifts. any ideas .

adjustment , or possible cylinder , not sure which way these hook up..
