this place was a HUGE mud pit... it is about a 100 acre facility... a state park that offers offroad vehicles off the dirt including lowered dakotas...

a peg legger. but i have 255/65/16'so i go through
a lot for a 2wd. I usally end up having to pull out fords and chevy's full size ones too! I once pulled out a full size ram with 38's and after that i needed a new bumper. DOH! wanted the chrome anyways.

I usually just play in the snow. My grandfather doesn't like me to tear up the fields so I have to wait until the ground freezes. I've never gotten stuck in the snow. I almost got stuck in the mud(after a few good days of rain) trying to pull a tree out of a path that we usually take a tracker though. I ended up leaving the tree.

Heres a question, i have a 4x4, when its in 2wd it only runs the right rear wheel, so if i put it in 4wd does it only use 3 wheels or does the diff lock up?

sicminds,
when i had my 31" bfg all-terrains i would get stuck... and floor it and both would spin and i would climb my way out. the place i went, no 2 wheel drive could pull out where a 4X4 got stuck. its much bigger than the pics show because my brother only took pictures in the one place.

Xphile,
its because you have a open rear differential like me... at the most you probably only spin one tire in the front too.... get a rear locker for it and that will fix that.

and yes its a lot of fun
