the mazdas shared motors with the Ford Probe's... but i dont know when that began. Maybe it had the ford 2.2 turbo motor... hmmm...

i just got a 94 626 Se with a 2.5L DOHC V6... slow as shlt!!!! I think that its rated at about 155-160 hp (should expext more out of 24 valves) but feels like it's got a four cylinder up under the hood. BTW, it's the same motor as in the Probe GT and the newer MX6's (of same year) so i figured maybe that older MX6 had the motor from the earlier Probe's, Mustangs, and Thundercoupes.
