 Subject: 94 Dakota Brake issues

I have a 94 Dakota Sport 3.9L V6 5spd w/ about 256,000 mi. I've had it for about 10 years and taken really good care of it and it still runs great. We just changed the front rotors/pads maybe 3-4 months ago. My husband has been driving it for the last two months and just told me that he's losing brake line pressure but the brakes are still working. Does anyone know what would cause this?
