This crap really pisses me off. I feel for ya man. I would keep fighting. They have no way to prove that the mods would do anything.
One suggustion. I know that people have had timing chains come apart and going at 65 it would basically blow the engine up. Look for that. I know mine was really weak and had to be replaced. It also clicked like you said it did.
Sorry man... KEEP FIGHTING

I feel your pain as well. I can not say I have had the experiences you have had (on the opposite, I have one of the very very few 5-star Dodge dealers that earned it), but I ALMOST bought my truck from another dealer who sucks eggs big time. I've asked around concerning your situation and the DODGE DEALER themselves said that your dealership is smoking crack and should be taken to court. I hope that all goes well for you buddy.

Cant really check the timing chain... I couldnt get my old block back unless i paid $800 bucks more. This is because I got a new block and stuff but they used parts from my old engine. It's some stupid shi* they have as a rule or something. I checked it out with a friends dad that works at a dealer and said that's what they do. He also told me that they are full of crap with what they are handing me with this warranty business. Thanx for askin around fourgivn... I know they are full of it and its nice to know dodge thinks so too. We'll see what chrysler contracts thinks...

i don't know what they are complaining about, the dealers make a killing when they replace parts in our trucks. i saw the bill for a seatbelt replacement on my truck, it was $200. the part was $56.00 and labor was almost $150.

these are some D-U-M Dumb people.
