 Subject: Centerforce Clutch TO Bearing

A few years ago I installed a new Centerforce clutch kit for my V6 Dak. After about 2000 miles, every time I pulled out the clutch pedal I would hear a slight squeek so Im assuming its the throw out bearing? My buddy also has this same squeek in his V8 Dak after he installed a new Centerforce clutch, is throw out bearing failing?
