It would either have 2 or 4 O2 sensors not 3. But chances are you only have two on a '99. Best thing to do is crawl under that thing and take a look instead of guessing. And I'm sure any exhaust shop could find an aftermarket catcon that would work on your truck.

thats the problem after 9 months check engine light back on after replacing catconverter from muff shop code 420 before i replaced it and after 9 months on the new one.
went to get diagnosticd and they are telling me the catconverter needs to be replaced 385.00
muff place put on a after market and other place wants to a better cat on for that truck.
muff place will honor the warrteny but have to send off to manafaucter for them to detmineine if the cat is bad or not,in the mean time have to buy another cat from muff shop and wait for manfaution to determine bad cat.
i'm kind of pissed at the muff shop.
thats why i was wondering if anyone new what cat is the right one to go in there.
thanks

if the CAT goes bad early, check the air temp sensor as well.
