my trouble codes where
po171 = Fuel Trim System Lean Bank 1

po133 = HO2S Slow Response Bank 1 Sensor 1

po505 = Idle Control System Malfunction

i changed the 02 sensor, cleaned the IAC
put some injector cleaner in the tank

truck still smokes black smoke under heavy acceleration, and seems to backfire when at a light or idleing

truck currently gets 8~9mpg

heads have been reworked about 500miles ago.

You have another O2 in front of the cat.

Bank one is in front of the cat as posted above. On my '00 it is about 6 inches in front of the cat. The previous owner may have discarded it. If that is the case reinstall one. Otherwise it will perform as it does now until you do change or reinstall one.
