I am pulling a 4-cylinder out of a 97 Dakota and
replacing it with a 6-cylinder from a 94 dakota.
Will the transmission from the 4-cylinder mount the
6-cylinder?

A 4 cylinder was a smart choice at the time I bought it 12 years ago. It was always great for what I needed. But I have a boat now. I take it out every weekend. Too big for a little 4, so I made it a 6.
