 Subject: 2001 dakota sport v6

Hey the diagnostic tests said my sensors are running slow. I have had the emissions cleaned and new spark plugs put in and it still runs rough like its idling to slow. My gas milage has gone way down and is still bad after fixing what I have done. Any ideas of what might be going on?

the oxygen sensor is responding slow is what they told me. The truck feels like it is idling way to slow and is getting horrible gas milage. It has new spark plugs and the emmision system has been cleaned

Change the O2 sensor. Try www.ngk.com for that. Probably cheapest around. A slow/lazy O2 will affect mileage.
