I drilled small holes on the fan shroud near the edge and
used plastic zip ties. Some people aren't big fans of it, since
they pass through the fins of the rad, but just go through
the rad near the edge and then complete the loop by going
around the outside of the rad. If you pull it fairly tight but
don't torque it too crazy, you'll have a snug fit, and the fan's
weight will mostly rest on the bottom lip of the rad, so its
not hard on the fins.
