 Subject: Rough idle

Hi,
I have a 1998 3.9 with a rough idle that I can't seem to elminate. Changed plugs, wires, cap & rotor,
T.P.S., I.A.C., temp sensor, air sensor, checked and replaced many vacuum lines, reset computer.
The rpm surges in park mostly when cold and runs rough, could an oxygen sensor cause this when engine is cold? Should my idle be 750 in park and 750 in drive or should it be higher in park?
Any input would be appreciated.

Never mine, I smashed in to a bridge last night,
what a mess, those air bags pop faster then a ballon. Not going to turn this one in to the insurance company.

Sorry to hear about your mishap Emmy. Hope everyone is OK. Hopefully your Dak is not too bad off either. I'm sure there are plenty of parts out there to be had.
