 Subject: wont start when wet, code32?

i have a 92 dakota and recently the truck wont start when its wet outside>? the codes i pulled were 32 and 17... the truck has a chevy big block radiator and a 160 thermostat which would explain the code 17 running too cold... but what about the 32 it says the egr system. i believe i have replaced the egr valve in the past and also the egr solenoid its been atleast three years... so what should i be looking for now and what are the usual causes of this problem, and thanks for the help in advance- i do have one badd ass dakota!!!

probably bad coil and/or wires. next time it won't start spay some WD-40 on the coil and connections. Should start right up after that.
