 Subject: Trans conversion along with V6 to V8

I am converting my V6 to a 318 V8. I know irs popular mod and straight forward. However I want to know which trans to get.
1) I can rebuild my A500
2) Buy a NV3500
3) Buy a NV4500
4) Buy a 727
I would like to convert it to a Manual 5-spd but only if i can find a trans that will work well w/o problems. What will I need to convert the trans to a maunal. I have pedals and all the in cab stuff. I know I'll need a clutch, Flywheel, Torque converter, what else? Is this too ambitious?

you will need from a bone yard V6 or V8 bell
flywheel clutch presure plate and the pedals
92 to 95 comps will work with either auto or
manual
obd2 96 up if you do not change the comp you
will trow trans codes

By Comps you mean Computer right?
So the ECM out of my '95 will work if its manual or auto? I also have an ECM out of a 1999 Durango that goes with the motor, Should I use this ECM?
