I Have a 1990 Dodge Dakota with a 3.9. Its going on 165,000 and it has had the trans rebuilt, the valve cover gaskets like 3 times and i need to do it again, they keep leaking oil.(i havnt had to yet but previous owner said he had replaced um) I dont know about all this the 3.9 is fast as hell. mine is a auto 4x4sport and i tromp it and ur lucky to get a sqeal unless ur on gravel or loose surface, and it sure doesnt seem to be to that fast.(it does have oversized tires with more extreme tread but still) Passing isnt a problem in most cases but if i have over drive on anythign but flat or down hill it isntatly downshift, does anyone know what kind of gears somting like that would ahve? 90' dodge dakota 4x4 sport. Thanks
