 Subject: Center Seat/Armrest

My truck - 2002 club cab - has the 40/20/40 seat with the center armrest. Anybody know how that danged thing comes out? Grandbaby in her carseat in the back needs some knee room, and figured I'd just take the center armrest out altogether, and put her seat in the middle of the back.
I can see where the back part of the center seat/armrest attaches - looks like it MAY be riveted to the side seats, next to where the the center seat belt on both sides attaches. Unfortunately, I'm old, fat, stiff, and have a bad heart and bad knees so getting upside down to try and see under the front part of it is impossible for me.
Anybody have an answer?
