Shame on the US troops!? Obviously you have no family or friends in the armed services. If they choose to fight back and stand up and say no to something the US military has the right to do whatever they want to do with you. Humility Corpus or whatever that is called, is no longer around, where they have to do things within reason and you get a fair trail to it. Plus they brain wash you while breaking you down to fight the cause, you dont know what is what, you just do as your told!
So SUPPORT THE TROOPS NOT THE CAUSE! they are still Americans like you and me!
They arnt running out of oil, even if the middle east is "running out of oil", if you did not hear, Brazil just found a whole bunch of oil.
The Arabs arnt the only was that have built a "green city" there are places like that here in America.
Oh and Excuse me oil companies should not be profiting off of the oil?! I disagree with that, its another forum of business just like any other business, you want them to work for free? i dont think so. They demand a profit or they wouldnt be working, if you remember during the end of 2007 beginning of this year 2008, the oil company of the middle easy deiced not to drill for oil in a certain spot because it would lower profits because there would be a higher supply of oil. Instead they choose another drilling site to allow for more profits because they would be keeping the supply of oil low.

SUPPORT THE TROOPS BUT NOT THE CAUSE, can you explain just how you can do that????
If I support the troops and they are fighting for the cause, then I am supporting the cause as well, unless I don't support anything in which case I would think I would actually be against our troops as well as the cause.
I am a former Marine and proud of it, I also spent 19 months in Iraq, and I hear so many people saying they are against the war, but most don't even know what they are talking about.
Good Day

Obviously you don't have friends or family in the armed forces or you would be appauled by the fact they are risking their lives for what- to fight for evil, so nutcases can be powerful and destroy the lives of innocent people on their invasions.

If you do have relatives fighting for Darth Vader, then you are very confusid and even sadistic!

They shouldn't be commended unless they fight for good guys, the good American people. To do that means turning on the evil ones and their evil corporation guild that is hurting innocent people, and stop the motor vehicle terrorist attacks in USA, instead of jerking off thousands of miles away from the United States while it is under attack from street crime, white collar crime, and Hitler-like domination destroying the United States. Some patriots they are!

Work for free? Oh, so we should rob banks because without millions of dollars we are working for free.

No, the oil companies should work for the typical wage normal citizens work for---the minimum wage the government claims is the fair workers wage, how about that foot in your mouth.

I know what I am talking about. The United States is crumbling. The troops and the government is doing something terribly wrong!

It's not like the troops have a choice - you don't have a choice in the military, you do what you're told. Been there, done that.

The total amount of Oil output from Brazil is just 1% of the total OPEC output. Don't count on Brazil to save us. OPEC production was down 1.5% last year despite adding two countries to it's cartel (both of which produce more than Brazil). There are no places like Masdar City in the US or anywhere else in the world. The oil is running out, the Arabs know it, the US government knows it, the oil men know it, you will know it when it hits.

What you are witnessing is the beginning of the oil wars - supposedly to supress the evil terrorists, but in reality to protect the oil stream by replacing hostile middle eastern governments. Our troops are not fighting for nothing - they are fighting to maintain the oil stream so people can feed their kids, drive to work every day, and heat their homes.

The question is whether we should be spending the war money elsewhere, like developing alternate fuel sources so that we don't have to depend on OPEC SOBs for oil and export wealth from our country by the 100's of billions of dollars every year (part of which is turned over to the terrorists to aid them in killing our troops). The war is a misplaced effort - we have a national energy emergency and we need to turn the full power of the US on a solution.

Anyhow, it's not the oil companies who are in control of the oil prices. It's the foreign oil cartels, which are in control of 70% the oil we use. 70% - that's a huge number - they have us by the nuts.

I understand that it wouldn't be easy to mutany, but the destruction of the United States is sure a motivation to do or die, literaly.

There has to be a widespread organization. The American people can do their part by in an underground communication organize a national tax boycot where everyone in masses all refuse to pay any tax all at once and shut them down. Stores, banks, everyone running private society, and stop buying from the mega corporations-not including small private corporations.

Every advertizement by the evil on the airwaves shouts DEATH TO AMERICA and living up to it by destroying America's economy with every time the mentaly ill nutcases in power behind all this, LIE about their prices in their ads, thousands of times per day!

The government is supposed to stop this fraudulent advertizing, especialy since the damage to the economy it is causing is getting pretty bad now.

United States is broke, they are using the inflated gas prices to fund their illegal invasions, and get dishonest money out of it.

Every ad that lies about it's prices is an invitation to smash United States. Think of how many times they say it per day.
They will get what they are begging for, and they can't cry when they do, the way they are pounding it so hard.

DTA, if you're angry about what's going on in our country or the war, you have to use the system to change the system. That means find out who your congressman is, go to their website, email them, write them, call them, or make an appointment and visit them in their offices. Tell them specifically what you're angry about and what you want them to do to change it. I have done all of the above. That is mechanism set up by the system for your voice to be heard. Because congressmen hear from so few of their constituents, your opinon will count for a lot more than if you rant on forums.

Our troops overseas who have no power to change anything. The order has to come from the top down.

I am just expressing what is, speaking on behalf of quite a big chunk of the U.S. population. If you think we are ranting, you're probably right!
The country is in big distress from unneccesary corruption.
The top is responsible for the war crimes being committed by United States, but if the soldiers formed an alliance that was big enough to refuse to obey crooks telling them what to do, they could "just say no" to following wrongdoers, especialy since they joined the military to help U.S. citizens, and they are being betrayed. The government thugs keep lying to them about their stay, therefore it is a breach of contract between government and soldier.

Congressmen don't seem to be doing much. I'm sure many citizens tried that route, and the deterioration of United States by corporate control, deminishing quality of products, services, prices, economy, payscales, dollar value, people's investments, terror attacks on U.S. soil by U.S. citizens using motor vehicles unstopped, and severely fraudulent advertizing from crooked conartist businesses all over the place, keeps getting more malignant exponentialy. Not a healthy place to live.

Gas here still $4.40 per gallon and hasn't moved for 2 months- stuck there. Diesel is $5.06

Wow. $4.40/gal that's pretty tough. It's gonna get worse too when Brazil doesn't come through...

I've observed that working within the system gets a lot more positive results than civil disobediance - which only adds to the list of blights on society that you've listed above.

Not a healthy place to live? Maybe not, but if you find a better one, let us know.
