Do I need to use any Gasket Sealers?
I got conflicting instructions.
One says use Black HighTemp on the 4 Corners only.
Other says don't use the End gaskets and just use 1/4 bead Black High Temp.
I Got a Gasket Set from a local dealer so the end gaskets are not the cork Fel Pro Replacements.

When I do intakes, I use the end gaskets if supplied with the gasket set. Since yours is from the dealer, I'm guessing you got the nice rubber ones that hook over the ends of the lifter valley. I put a dab of RTV in the corner of each end and I lightly RTV each coolant passage. Dont RTV the intake passages, just the ones for coolant. Make sure to torque to spec, it's important.
