 Subject: leaky steering lines

I put new power steering lines on about a month ago. when i tightened the lines into the rack i didn't want to make them too tight because of smashing the o-rings. About a week later i was having loss of power steering and got under and looked and the pressure line had come loose at the rack. so i tightened back up but noticed a day later it was still leaking. I bought all new o-rings and put back on and tightened a bit more than last time. a few days later still slight leakage. so now i don't know if i'm making it too tight and smashing the ring or too loose. Does anyone know the torque specs for the nuts on the power steering lines into the rack? I also check inside the seat on the rack to make sure there was no residue or old o-ring left behind and there wasn't. It didn't leak till i replaced the lines and they are the right lines. any ideas???
