I have a 94 V6 with automatic.

For some reason the cruise is being disabled by the ECM (or so it seems). If the battery is disconnected for half hour or so, the cruise starts working, as will be ok for a few days. It then will not activate. I have checked all the wiring up to the switches, when I have my scanner plugged it, there are no codes that come up, but it does indicate (when I scroll down) on the scanner that 'speed control is disabled'. The only way to clear it is to disconnect the battery

I noticed this problem after the catalic (sp?)converter was replaced?!?

Anyone else run into this problem, or could happen that would disable the cruise. Any suggestions are appreciated ;)

thanks
Tim
