I have a '95 dakota 3.9 magnum and need to replace the fuel injectors and wondering what would be the best ones to get. I've heard alot of people say that the FMS 21# work really well with our engines. I've also heard alot of people talk about FMS 24# fuel injectors and also Holley fuel injectors. Just wondering which ones would be the best and if 24# injectors would be too much or how big I could go and not have negative effects, etc. Thank you very much for any information!

FMS 4 hole design. your '95 has 19# injectors and you should stay with those unless your engine is very heavily modded. otherwise you'll be wasting your money.

Well, its not modified much yet. Right now it just has a K&N CAI, autolite wires and autolite AP plugs and a Hooker Aerochamber (single in dual out to 2 1/2"). Getting ready to order a F&B throttle body, 180 thermostat, 1.7 roller rockers and cam and wondering what injectors would work best with them. Plan on getting a getting a 4" crank and stroking it out as well as some others as soon as I get more money after purchasing the above mentioned parts. And thank you very much for the info!

those stock or FMS 19# injectors should support 300hp and maybe even a little more. check out fiveomotorsports.com for pricing as warren mentioned.

good luck finding a 4" stroker crank. it seems everybody that was making them got out of it.

fiveomotorsports.com

Bruce will get them to you very fast

19# is all you need and should not go bigger
unles your ported and a bigger cam or turbo
or s/c there is no need to go bigger

4 hole pattern matched within 1%

the stock 1 hole wonders I have seen in flow test
off as far as 15%

smother idle, better mid and top end and just an
overall smother running motor is what you get
with the FMS bosch motorsports injectors and
better gas mileage from the better atomization
and holding a tighter ari/fuel ratio

Thank you very much Larry!! But just wondering for future reference, because I am planning on porting my engine and putting a hotter cam in it, what size injectors would I need to put in after I do those mods? And thank you again!

yes ford motor sports injectors black ornge

92 to 99 #19
00 and up #21

I am running #19 in my stroked and ported motor
even with a blower all you would need to do is
raise presure under boost

you do not need to go bigger

In my 95 4x4 I am running a holly pump at 50psi
rail pressure once you drop below 40psi your
atomization and mileage suffers

most stock around 45 48psi
