ok the tranny on my 3.9L v6 91 dak went bad.. the stock a500. i was curious if perhaps a 350 turbo chevy tranny will bolt on with a little bit of ...persuasion. i have one sitting in my garage and i must have my dodge back.

Actually, I think you can make it work, but it won't be cheap, you'll need to get an adapter, for V8, the V8's and the 3.9 are the same. (well the 5.2,5.9 are), and a torque converter for the 350, I don't think it would be a hard job, just getting the adapter. Advance Adapter, would probably have what you need.

well I could not find a 727 or a 904 in my price range. I went ahead and bought a rebuild kit for the bands and valve body as well as a shift kit hopefully I can build it this weekend...I pulled it on sunday took like 3 hours.. worst tranny pull ever
