does anyone know about the dakota brake system, i have a 97 dakota 2wd and i brought brake calipers for it but for some reason they took 4x4 brake pads what i want to know i replaced the calipers and the caliper pins are too small is there a diffrence between pins for the 4x4 and the 2wd

probably! if there is a difference in caliper bolts. 4x4 probly has a more beefy larger caliper.

should be same 5/16-18 some were 1/4-20 watch how much you tighten them easy to to strip!!!
