Message:
HEY anyone --The bed of my truck moves to much for example when i go over uneven ground then u can see the side of my bed stick out past the cab.
So i was wondering if maybe it was the bushing or rubber grommet that connects the bed to the frame that was worn out, but i dunno so if anyone had any advice please let me know THANKX later

Use your head. The beds on these things are not overly heavy. With all your mite, rock the whole bed in different positions (the whole truck should also rock). If the bed does not seem to move much then don't worry about it. Also lift straight up on each corner of the bed. If you feel play tighten the bolts, and if you're paranoid you can go under there and tighten the bed bolts anyway, or rather check the bolts for tightness.

You mentioned this happened only when you went over rough terrain or uneven ground. How rough and how uneven? Are you sure it's not your frame flexing and your bushing absorbing some of the impact like they are suppose to do? If I recall correctly, the bed has no bushings, rather the cab has bushings--which hardly ever are defective.

you should be fine, its probaly just flex. im guessing your referring to you looking in your side or rear view mirror and seeing this? when i took mine off road (and keep in mind i have 4x2), i took notice of that too and it freaked me till i checked everything.
