Seems like the longer you wait on doing your Mods the more likely you'll have trouble getting parts. I've struggled with owning a 95 and doing Mods, yeah I waited on my TB, headers, rocker arms etc... It's not the vendor, the parts are either in great demand or just not being made. My latest wait is for a performance computer. Ordered in May and just got another delay until August which is when Summit expects to get it. So if you've got an old Dakota like me better get hot. You may be too late if you wait. It's already too late for me when it comes to accessories for a 95.
