it's 0.7 not 7 volts. you'll have to remove it from the TB and drill out the 2 metal bushings that the mounting screws go through. then you can adjust it.

you may want to check what it's at now before doing anything. you may be close to that 0.7 already. use a DVOM check the middle wire on the sensor (+) to ground with the ket on and engine NOT running.

if you do this mod, be sure not to overtighten the TPS when you reinstall it. some have a problem with it sticking when it's tightened too much.

i really don't think you'll notice a whole lot from this. i tried it.

Get a drill that just fits little over hole
size

now let this drill catch and spin the bushing
push a little it will get hot and push right out

Do not try to remove these any other way

claean up left over burs 2 small washers
key on engine off .75 is the optiamal setting
have mine at .76

I just replaced my tps last tue doing weird things
idle funny serging up and down at idle and when
moving when leaving off you could feel it

scanner showed the volts jumping between 0.5 0.6
bad news replaced with factory org sensor

oh ya just snug on the bolts when holding the
short end of the allen long part on screw just
tight

if you over tighten it will distort and hang up
