 Subject: Vents or something

Alright for the last like week ive been hearing noiseing coming from my bed and i couldnt figure out what it was, today since its soo nice out i dieced to wash my truck and noticed that there is a vent or something metal falling off the cab and thats what making the noise, any suggestions on how to put that thing back on without having to take the bed off?!

I believe you can access them from the cab, after removing the carpet on the back wall.
