the V8 swap

92 to 95 you need a 92 to 95 V8 body EGR type

96 and up you need a 96 up V8 body non EGR type

all the 5.2 318 and 5.9 360 have the same body
50mm plates with a 48mm torque step they flow
around 635cfm do not mod the V8 body in any way
bolt on as is for best resaults

gains from 1800rpm to redline with the low end
remaining the same

The fastman and F&B offer off idle low end gains
along with the mid and top end gains

Use all your V6 sensors because you know they are
good

If you can not find one with the same cable setup
you will also have to swap out the cable

disconect the batt hold the key all the way to
start for 1 min

shut key off reconect batt cable it may not idle
right at first just shut it off restart do this 3
times and it will pickup the new idle settings

50 mile short term learn 200 full learn this means
it may not run very well at first but will learn

the more mods you have and the farther your flow
has changed the farther away from the stock tables
you are and the longer the learn with all the
bolt ons and mods 200 to 500 is more reilistic
for a full learn

Always be sure you have good o2 o2's this sensor
is what picks up the increased flow and trims the
fuel

plugs must be a light tan color or something is
not right the air/fuel ratio is right when the
plugs are this color and a new set of plugs
should pick the color up within 200 miles

The best check you can do here is to read the
plugs when tan and all prety much the same
your running well and will get the best gas
mileage and performance
