Usually there is a belt routing instuction underneath the hood.

yep, there is an underhood sticker. but you better found out WHY the belt fell off. they just don't fall off on their own. tensioner, idler something.

This might help check your harmonic balancer.Dodge
balancer has a rubber sleeve inside the the metal casing of the balancer. The two can separate causing your belt pulley to move out of allignmeant.
