Hey,, I ve got a 97 v6 2wd...

The trucks been awsome soo far... I started it leaving work for lunch (started fine) then drove home fine...

I then left for work and the thing wont start.. after pumping the gas it started too run but just barly... I kept my foot on the gas and got it too idle..
it has power soo I m guessing its not the pump... but if I shut it down it wont run again..

anyideas? I m thinking IAC sensor but it idles fine ones it starts... I m confused..

There's no need to pump the gas on a fuel injected motor, since there's no accelerator pump. If it needs more fuel to start, you can just give it a bit more pedal, and hold it steady. If it will start and run like that, but just not idle, it could be an old battery or a problem with the charging system. When the PCM sees low voltage, loss of idle memory is often the first symptom.

Possible -leaking injector ?

Check pressure on fuel rail with engine off.
Should 'spray' out of it .
If nothing = leaking injector
