I am not sure who makes them

www.e3sparkplugs.com

NGK Vpower at 2.25 ea is an excellent way to go
The Halo at 8.99ea or the e3 at 5.99 for the guy
who is out for every hp he can squese out of his
V6

We have been testing the e3 and halo the most
amazing resaults we are seeing are in the foren
motors and the coil over setups 1 to 3 mpg gains
and 5 to 10 hp

The mitubity 3.0 V6 with the hemi head we seen
a gain of 11 hp wow from a spark plug

It pays to experiment and see what works best for
your particular setup

I also just droped the mopar V6 performance
computer on my 4x4 going to run 2 to 500 miles
on a learn and see what happens the mid range
has defenitly improved but the top end seams
the same around 100 110 mph feels the same

Larry,

I'm glad to see that your getting good results from the E3 sparkplugs. It would be interesting
to put the E3 sparkplugs up to a head to head comparision with the Halos on gas mileage and increase in horse power to see which plug gives the most gains. Keep up the good work.

92 and 97 Daks both with many mods.

When I look up the application for my 2000 3.9 it comes up with the E3.56 from amazon.com and summit racing. Any reason why you went with the E3.64? I have the stock ignition, maybe that matters. How do they determine the heat range on the E3?

How did you cross reference it? If you said autolite 3923 it came up with E3 3.64 If you are running stock or some other plug E3 cross reference will be something else.

If you go by application it'll give you the equivolent of a stock plug. If you tried autolite by application you wouldn't get 3923 either. The 3923 is a hotter plug for a Dakota with mods, hence the E3 3.64 plug as a replacement. If you've no mods use the stock replacement. Larry's refering to a hot plug replacement for 3923 and the results were better with the E3 3.64 It wouldn't be better for you based on your set up.

ElmerFudd,

Actually the 3923 Autolites are one range colder than stock. Speedtweaks had an article about this where the 3923s were showing a 4 to 5 hp increase on the Daks. I believe that every plug Larry has tried in his testing has always been a cross reference to the 3923 Autolite.

92 and 97 Daks both with many mods.

Yeah, colder not hotter. Guess I know just enough to be dangerous. I did order the E3 3.64 to try.
