Message: i am lowering my truck and i have found a guy that will do it for $400-$450 is that the normal price? b/c my friend knows this guy and says that he will get me a deal. i havent fond any other place around here so far that lowers trucks and havent really went out hunting. i want to get it lowered within te next 2-3 weeks and just wondering if $400 is a good price?

you can do the work yourself, i just helped my best friend do it on his 2000 and it was very simple, everything just made since when we got under the truck, take a look at it before you go out and waste all of that money on installation...
