Bernd (or any Cali. resident that might know),
With the IAT adjuster installed, will I be able to pass an emmissions test? For example, with it in the off position, will it just not even be noticed? I know that you aren't a California resident, but the emmission laws here suck a$$ and are a pain to deal with. I just don't wanna cause myself too much grief by buying and installing it.
Any tips would be well recieved...

Pyrodak, switch it off for your test as it's not smog legal. I hid the wires for mine with some of the same plastic wire wrap as the harness to disguise it. It is an excellent mod, well worth the 35 bucks,(cost effective too). I have yet to do a smog test, maybe this year. What part of Calif are you in? Sacramento here.

I am down in SoCal (just outside of LA). I haven't had to do a smog check yet either, but I think I have one in the next year or so.
Thanks for the info Alan!! I might try to pick that IAT up soon!!
