Bernd, thought you'ld like to know TB arrived this evening.Perfect end to a day that started out crappy, took a rock in the windshield on the freeway this morning on the way to work, left two small dents on the hood also.Bummer is,replacement cost is equal to a set of Bosch injectors and Accel coil & harness.Oh well, at least I've got new toys to treat my wounds with, install tomorrow.

Was that an experiment? COOL!! Thanks again for the excellent service,I'll let you know how the installs go tomorrow.Should I check the TPS setting? The current setting on the stock TB was 7.9 as is.

Nope...we're switching to UPS permanently and was wondering if they actually do deliver in 2-days. :)

On the TPS...hehehehe...I hope it's not at 7.9v. .79 volts is fine Alan. The new TB comes with a new TPS so check it. If it's off, you can use your old one and it should be at right about the same voltage.

Bernd, TB installed,JBA wires & cap and rotor also,I did have to swap TPS, stock was better voltage setting. Original cap/rotor was pretty corroded. Re-set PCM, engine runs smooth as silk from the start, no rough idle or lag, I've read some posts that said differently so maybe I lucked out. I plan on running the AC during the re-learn period, I think I saw a post from you once about this, you suggested that someone do this before going to race? If this is wrong let me know. Again, thanks much for the great service and info, anyone who says differently don't know sh*t from shineola.
P.S. the truck goes like hell now, looking forward to injector and coil upgrades when I can. Are you working on offering injectors maybe??

Alan, let it learn with the A/C on. After 100-200 miles, turn it off and floor it. :)

You can get the injectors from Bruce Holt at: http://www.fiveomotorsport.com. (Your truck uses the "Design-II" injectors.)
