Ok i have a 1988 Dak with a 3.9. Im getting a 95 Maggie from the bone yard and a 5 speed. Are there any aluminum flywheels for us? Any dress-up items? Which block is stronger... 88 or 95?

95 is magnum - stronger , but 88 had better
exhaust manifolds.
Next problem is computer and uel injection..
Your 88 I believe is a single injector on the
"carb"/throttle body.
95 has individual cylinder injection.
You are probably better off swapping the complete intake , and those exhaust manifolds.
When you swap the intake , check the plenum gasket
if 88 had one ?

Im actually converting over to MPI. i just wanted to amke sure my 5 speed which is out of a 90 will bolt on. the guys at the yard tell me it might not so i thought ide check with the pros. Im getting a complete harness and an auto computer. im wondering if it will run alright with the 5 speed.

yes the trans will work
The best thing you could do here is get the complte wire harnass and run the multiport
injection
3.9 TBI 125hp 180 torque
3.9 multi 175hp 230 torque
it would be a nice gain and worth the time it
would take
