P0505 (M) Idle Air Control Motor Circuits A vehicle speed signal was not detected.

Ideas? I cleaned the IAC 3 months ago, and just completed a long block swap.

P0443 (M) Evap Purge Soleniod Circuit An open or shorted condition detected in the EVAP purge solenoid control circuit.
