Quick qustion,
I have a 1997 Dodge Dakota sport, 2 whell drive, V6, approx 56000 miles. The fuel gauge just stopped working. It stays at full. Any ideas on what could be causing this? Anything that I can check.

Thank you,
Bill

Possible short in wiring to sender !
However , more likely, connection to bottom end
of sender has opened up ( inside the tank ).
Only way to fix this is to replace entire Sender
Fuel/pump assembly. Unless you happen to know someone who works for Carter or where they build
up the assemblies..
