Would someone compile a list of upgrades for the 3.9L Dakota that add the most horsepower for your money. Right now I only have a tornado, cold air, and TB spacer. Thought about a TB swap, and I want to do something with exhaust...but I dunno what to do. Please help. I'm looking for better low end pull

if you do a search in this forum you would find all of the info your looking for
yr of truck would help
if your looking for more bottom end grunt,lower rear end gears will help here
the money you spent on the tornado and tb spacer you should of done the tb swap and got some results for your money
92-up=heres a couple freebees won,t cost you a cent=crank sensor mod=remove the crank
sensor,file the bottom hole on bracket about 3/8s of a inch towards driveside,remove rubber gormet from bellhousing,reinstall crank sensor push towards pass.side as far as it will go, tighten,this will advance the timing 3-4degrees
sync the injectors=bring #1 piston up on compression,timing mark on harmonic balancer pointing at 0 on timing tab,remove dist cap,rotor button should be pointing to #1 plug wire on cap,now look to see if the metal tip end on rotor button is pointed at the line on the plastic cover in the dist,if not loosen dist and adjust so it is,retighten dist and reinstall dist cap
these 2 things will help mpg and power

swap in a stock v8 or modified v6 tb. change the stock muffler to something more free flowing(dynomax 17748 or other). if you want to spend about 300 bucks, buy and install some 1.7:1 roller rockers.
you could also show a little initiative and use the site search function for more info.

Does anyone know how hard it is to convert a 91 3.9 to a 92 3.9, i found out that 92 is when they switched to direct injecion and they put out 180 hp, mine only does 125

Yes I AM aware of the site's search, frankly this site isn't worth the 30 bucks or whatever.
The tornado doesn't do anything for me, I am going to remove it today and see how well my truck runs without it.
Also, I bought a superchips programmer last night, going to see how well this works, fastman TB is next :)

Palmier,you,ll need to have the 92 heads drilled to except the 91 intake,this can be done by most engine machine shop,price varies about $60-125
they should be port matched because the ports on the mag are slightly taller,but a little narrower then the premag
i just had another set drilled for $60
