hello guys,new here...i bought this truck a few months ago and since then i have lost the dang title and the other owner no where to be found...is there anyone on here who has a wrecked 1992 -1994 truck for sale plz let me know..i reall need this truck going..any help greatly appreciated

i can't,i already tried...they said in tennessee the original title holder has to(the 1 who's name is on title..)..and he is long haul truck driver and has moved away,can't find him,so i have no other options...but truck too nice to trash....

part it out lol.. I call dibs if you decide to part it out... hehe, or maybe sell it to someone in another state... let them file for lost title and have them sell it back with the title? I dunno I'm only 18 and I dont know how these things work really

Don't know your laws there but..... Here they have what's called a Sherifs title. Just following some simple rules/advertising you can obtain one. Go to the police and check it out plus, while your there see if they can track him down. No doubt they can but WIL THEY? . Use your bill of sale as proff of ownership and a title is not far off . lots of ways to do this. Cars/trucksare repoed and such every day

I'm wondering what your doing this several months after a perchase for anyway. Maybe trying to save a buck running his plates out. What ever the reason, good lesson learned. Business before pleasure

Here in Va we have something called an "abandon vehicle title". 60 days owner no-show, and you can pretty much take it. We have ALOT of abandon vehicles show up at auctions with no titles, so they give you a way to get one and keep the car legally.
If it doesn't fit, you're using the wrong hammer!
