 Subject: homebrew intake

Does anybody have any good pics of their homebrew intake? I bought the sched. 40 PVC, a 90* bend, and a fernco. I couldn't find freakin ABS ANYWHERE!! Anyways, I was just doing a quick test fit yesterday. It seems like I can't get an airtight seal on the airhat with the fernco. Also, the fernco doesn't fit over the 90* bend. How do you all do it? I would just buy an intake, but I can't justify the money when I am going to be buying the functional ramair hood that bernd, jonas designed next year. Any help would be much appreciated, pics especially. Thanks
