 Subject: Will 16" wheel fit '99?

I'm looking on E-pray for 16" factory spoke wheels. My '99 came with 15's. The sellers always list the 16's as fitting 2001-2004, I assume that's the year the factory shipped them.
Will the 6 hole 16's fit or is there a caliper clearance issue or something I'm missing?

I put the 2001-2003 16" wheels onto my 1999 RC. No problem at all.
Check out some before and after photos.

Will 16.... thanks, yep that's funny I have the same "Hot Wheels" you had. They look kinda, uh, lame.
Me likey the 16's A-Lot! Great before and after shots to torture me. My truck's emerald green too.
Hoo Hoo come on e-bay. Did you find a buyer for the 15's or give 'em away?

"Hot Wheels" - that's funny. I had never thought of them that way before. But it is an accurate description.
I got this set (of wheels and tires) through eBay. I just shopped for a while and came across a seller who was offering them for local pickup only. After a couple of auctions that didn't get to his reserve amount he sent me a second chance offer. I snapped them up for $276. I'm sure you can find a good deal in time.
It does make a huge difference in the truck's image. It looks serious now.
I still have the old set. I'm just gonna hang onto them. I have the space, and never know when a spare set might come in handy.
