 Subject: Dome Light

When I open my passenager side door the dome light doesn't come on anymore (it used to before the back window leak...see Wet passenger side post)....but it still does when I open the drivers door. Anyone have any suggestions on why this might be happening?

The switch in the door jam on the passenger side is failing or the wire to the switch is open. Find the spring loaded momentary switch that operates the dome from the drivers side then troubleshoot the passenger switch.
The switch is normally open and provides a single wire ground to the dome circuit when closed (door open). Apply ground to the wire and the dome should turn on.
