I turned the key forward a few times and we didn't hear anything, but about an hour later it came on.
my truck has about 147,000 miles. but im not sure if it was replaced.
Joe, you think it could be electrical going to the pump?

its inside the tank,
check autozone.com or advanceautoparts.com

usually right around $165. - $175

however NAPA is a few bucks more
but is a far better unit!

and dam if thats the original pump you lucked out Chris,
2 ways to change the pump remove bed and slide it back a bit
or drop the tank,

you want to make 100% sure first
check for fuel at the fuel rail
if your getting any fuel at all
put a regulator on it you want just about 45 psi
need any more help just post. theres plenty of us on here, best of luck
