Just curious if anyone else had water problems in the interior?? Every couple months when it rains for hours non stop, I get about 2-3 inch of water on my passenger side floor. If it just rains for about an hour, I dont notice any leakage. Someone had mentioned to me before about a drain getting plugged that has to do with my heater core??? Then again, I was also considering maybe a bad seal with the windshield?? Any suggestions or similar cases??

Picture this; a robot picks up the glass and moves it around the nozzle so glue is deposited around the edge, then places it in position. Dumb machine didn't see that glue wasn't on much of the glass.
I discovered the air leak by tossing a Kleenex up there while driving and it blew back. Demonstrated a couple feet of leak by spraying water on the inside of the glass and the service guy seeing it run out, after the grillwork and wipers had been removed.
Maybe yours leaks on top.
Even if you are off warranty it is a safety issue. The glass has to be properly installed to protect properly in a crash. So maybe the dealer can be persuaded. If not see the zone rep.

See my post about Wet Passenager Side. I replaced my back window and I no longer have water on the passenager side front floor. I had a pin hole leak on the lower passenager corner of my back window that when it rained it leaked inside the cab down beside the back seat, along the door and pooled up on the front floor. I pulled my carpet out and let it dry for about a week before putting it back in. Bad thing is the truck is hella noisy without the carpet but it's worth it so it doesn't mold. So check out your back window.

Read the post: "water in pass floorboard" in the dealer, recall, & t.s.b. page on this website.
